Quiet Places
finding quiet and peaceful places
Why do you need a quiet place to live?
Do you have a feeling of displeasure, nuisance, disturbance or irritation caused by a specific sound? If so you are amongst more than 30% of people in the EU that report problems with noise.

Noise stress has been found to have physical manifestations of anxiety, hypertension and adrenaline levels.

The World Health Organisation has recommended exposure levels for environmental noise in order to protect population health; but how do they affect you?
What do we offer?
We use validated noise mapping tools to provide you with a report providing an assessment of the environmental noise outside your potential new home.

This allows you to make an informed decision about your new home before you make any financial commitment to it.

Or maybe you want to look more broadly at an area where you're thinking of moving to? We can help provide heat maps of large areas so you can refine your search.

Or you might be looking to book a get-away-from-it-all holiday and want to be sure of the area? Again, we can help you with a noise map of the property.
At Quiet Places, we’re proud to help shape and improve our clients' wellbeing. Get in touch to learn more about how this service can help you.
Case Study
Our client asked us to investigate their potential new purchase.
So using the two addresses we created a number of noise maps to evaluate the environmental noise in the area. These we compared to the World Health Organisation recommended noise levels to provide a health benchmark.
